Evaluation & Investment Process
- Operator Mindset: We look for technical teams using modern tools and AI to remove friction, ship fast, and scale with minimal overhead. We'd never turn down an intro to a great founder.
- Hands-on Support: We don't just invest capital. By offering real technical and product guidance, we de-risk the earliest stages of company building.
- Small is Better: We believe smaller funds consistently outperform. We aim to back the right founders early and compound our support as they grow.

Fund Structure: Rolling Venture Fund making capital deployments consistently each quarter.

Management Fee: 2% per annum over the fund's life, calculated yearly.Investors pay management fees of 2% per year for the first 10 years. Management fees are taken as a percentage of the total committed capital. The total management fee is paid out yearly over the first four years of the fund's life.

Carry: 20% on profitable returns.Calculated based on an LP’s subscription period. The subscription period is the number of years to which an LP subscribes in advance. LPs will pay carried interest only after receiving back 100% of their contributions to funds over their subscription period.
